INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

The importance of an alcohol and drug outpatient rehab program is the continuing success of our patients. The goal of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for the patient to continue to be supported in their commitment to abstinence in order to maintain a life free from drugs and alcohol.  Independent Living is always the goal, and this is accomplished through dynamic yet limited immersion in a program that not only anticipates their needs but provides life skills necessary for a therapeutic reentry into their former lives.

The Intensive Outpatient Program’s commitment to accountability is further exemplified through ancillary treatment measures which include (but are not limited to) urinalysis, relapse prevention, medication management, group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, case management and the introduction of stress reduction techniques.

Every patient’s level of participation is decided upon following an in-depth initial assessment and is coordinated through his or her assigned caseworker.  As with all outpatient drug and alcohol programs, our goal with clients is to continue to develop problem-solving skills, coping mechanisms and learn to reduce everyday stressors in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Our accredited staff and engaging facility provide a means to that end.
